Troubleshooting
- App not syncing / data missing? Try restarting the app and your device. If the issue persists, contact us with details.
- Crashes or bugs? Describe the last steps before the crash and send any crash message you saw.
- Notifications not arriving? Ensure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → Study Bro.
Data & Exports
- Export your data: Open Settings → Export Data and choose a destination to save or share your file.
- Privacy: We don’t collect your study notes or private files. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Billing & Subscriptions
Study Bro is free to download. If optional premium features are available in your region, purchases and cancellations are managed securely through your App Store account.
- Manage purchases: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Refunds: Requests are handled by Apple. See Apple Support for details.

- Send an email with the subject “Feature Request” and describe the problem you want to solve and your ideal outcome.
